Maxx Welcome greets guests with drinks, a children's treat, and a chocolate treat on arrival, plus room escort and parking/car-wash service; self-drive guests receive water and wipes on arrival or a lunch box on departure. A dedicated Private Lounge (TV, shower, safe) is available for guests awaiting their room or return transfer, and Maxx Assistant / Maxx Butler provide a personal concierge service throughout the stay. Meet & Greet at Milas-Bodrum Airport — Primeclass Lounge access and fast-track security — is included for all room categories on direct international return flights; villa guests receive personal escort both ways. VIP transfer is available by car (complimentary for Maxx Ada Villas, Hill Villas, and Presidential Hill Villa stays of 4+ nights, and Maxx Lagoons stays of 7+ nights) or by helicopter (2 round trips for Presidential Villa guests staying 7+ nights, max. 5 passengers, weather permitting). Hill Villa guests staying 7+ nights receive a complimentary 4-hour Maxx Yacht tour of the Bodrum bays with food and drinks. A complimentary honeymoon concept (flowers, sparkling wine & cake, monogrammed robes, one evening in a pavilion, one dinner at Spago, spa discount) is available when the booking agency shares the couple's contact details in advance.

Suites, Lagoons, and Villas include a 5-option pillow menu, Nespresso set, turndown service, walk-in closet, double washbasin, Acqua Di Parma bath amenities, men's/women's hygiene kits, a children's kit (0–12), robe & slippers, shaving/make-up mirror, scale, Wi-Fi, a media hub with iPad, blackout curtains, lighting control, balcony/terrace loungers, PressReader and a daily newspaper, and paid laundry/ironing/dry-cleaning. The in-room Maxxi Bar stocks beer, wine, water, soft drinks, juices, and snacks (chips, nougat, chocolate wafers, nuts, crackers, cookies, oat and protein bars) plus milk and a children's chocolate bar. Maxx Island Villa and Maxx Villa guests are additionally welcomed with a flower bouquet and Dom Pérignon or Veuve Clicquot champagne on arrival, a premium amenity set, and a dedicated personal butler.
Pools & Beach
6 pools in total, including a 610 m² heated main pool, a 148 m² heated seawater pool, a 4,412 m² lagoon pool, and an indoor semi-olympic pool. The beach runs 88 m with 186 sunbeds, plus the Meridian, Turquoise, Villa, and Sunset deck areas with food & beverage service; Hill Villa guests receive complimentary pavilion access.
Kids Club
Maxxi Land kids' club is organized by age group — Smiling Babies (0–2.99), Mini (4–7), and Junior (8–12) — with a kids' reception issuing a personalised name card, a sleep room, an art and science workshop, cinema, kids' shows, a mini disco, PlayStation, an adventure park and climbing wall, and a weekly birthday celebration; a diaper-changing and feeding room is on site. On request, baby items (crib, bath tub, potty, baby monitor, bottle warmer, stroller, night light, humidifier) are delivered to the room, and the Twenty4 buffet and à la carte restaurants offer a kids' menu, HIPP baby food, and special allergy/diet meals. Paid babysitting is available by advance booking.
